Our Process
The Ava Grace Atelier team members are trained to be active listeners so that clients will be satisfied with our work from the very beginning. We believe that a crucial part of any design process is the initial design brainstorm between the client and the designer. We are here to listen to our clients wants and needs, and transform them into truly beautiful works of art.

1 / Contact Us

2 / Client Consultation
During our first meeting we will identify project goals, your vision, and the overall scope of the project.
3 / First Draft
After our first meeting we will put together a preliminary draft and present it to you. At this point we will collect a retainer and sign a contract.
4 / Timeline & Budget Sign Off
Once the first draft is reviewed, retainer collected and contract signed we will establish a more detailed project scope, timeline, budget. After presenting this we will get the sign-off & take another deposit to get started with the work.
5 / Check In's
Throughout the timeline we will schedule check-ins via phone or in-person depending on project scope. At these check-ins we will collect funds for the next phase of the project and provide an overall update on the project.
6 / Final Delivery
At the final check-in we will decide a reveal date. On reveal day (our FAVORITE day) we will meet you at the project and reveal the final masterpiece.
